This is my 3rd interior task..the 2nd is my brother's japanese room but its tooooo messy and doesn't look like what it did when I finished it...you see, the key to interiors is maintaining the ambience, it looks like a total wreck now, when i have the time to fix it, i will post some pics.... I had the best time decorating Milana's baby room...not to mention I was close to 8 months pregers!! I knew I was having a girl and you can go magical, whimsical and fairytale-like when it's a girl!! But I kept a clean and orgganized look too. This was not originally a room...it was a living room (semi-library with books, mags, computer, sofas) beside my room..since there are no BEFORE pictures, here's to your imagination: the walls were orange terracotta, the shutters, baseboard and molding were wooden brown, the ceiling was white, it was fully open to the hallway and main stairs...so I decided that the best way to make a room enclosure for her room was to have sliding doors instead of a c...

Since my parents separated, my mom has never had a stable room. Randy my brother transfered to the basement room, while my mom would stay in the guest room and randy's old room. There is never a month that she does not travel. Sometimes a day, or three, a week or longer. I wanted to surprise her with a nicer room--i didn't go for much, nice was enough, nice was my target for time constraint kept me content with it ...nice..nothing drastic as i always strive for. So I basically had 3 days to make a make-over...and there was alot to be done...luckily she arrived a day later so i had a day to spare...and not to mention the bathroom needed a complete overhaul! My mom has closets in 4 rooms for hundreds of clothes and millions of shoes!! I had to give her a cabinet with the actual clothes and shoes she used...when she opened the door to her room and saw everything, it was like a show in lifestyle channel, we all cried!! Ofcourse, it looked much better when i first showed it to her...majesti...
